Optional client-generated key (8-255 chars, [A-Za-z0-9_-:.])
enabling safe retries of POST requests without duplicating the
resource. Same key + same body within 7 days replays the original
response. Same key + different body returns 422. Concurrent
requests with the same key: the second gets 409.
